I don't remember if I've ever told you this, but in case I haven't...
A somewhat random group of women in AI or computer science in general
in the bay area get together informally once every few months.
Mostly just talk, sometimes see demos of stuff that some of us are
working on.  The next meeting is Wed March 14 at 11:30 at Serra house
(at Stanford).  Bring lunch or message to Nelleke AIELLO@SUMEX about
what type of sandwich to get you.  You should also send her a
message if you want to be on the mailing list.  Sorry if you already
knew about all this.  Hope you survived your deadline the other day.

Congratulations!!! (i assume you're done by now).  Now it's my turn to
start getting frantic; i'm no where near done and there are less
than two weeks left.  Thanks for the invitation
to your party, but I doubt I'll be able to make it.  Assuming i survive
the next two weeks, i will be going to graduation on june 17 (for the
sake of my mother and grandmother who are coming in from the east coase).
is it a graduation party for you?

PARTY	Your first goal is to get to Skylonda Corners, at the  		PARTY
	intersection of highways 84 and 35 (aka Woodside-La Honda
  *	Road and Skyline Blvd).   Consult your maps or ask me if	  *
	this presents a problem.  You will probably be coming in
PARTY	on 84 headed towards the ocean.  There is a blinking light	PARTY
	at the intersection.  Continue over the crest of the hill
  *	towards La Honda for a few hundred feet.  Turn right on	  	  *
        Blakewood Way, just past the phone booths, redwoods, and
PARTY	back of the gas station.  Our houses are at the end of the	PARTY
	road, about 1/3 mile farther.  Park anywhere that you feel
  *	comfortable.  The pond just on your left as you turn has	  *
	a number of easy, though not that close spots.  Its mostly
PARTY   uphill and twisty from there, but there are a few reasonable	PARTY
	places along the way.  At the end of the road there is also
  *     (sometimes) some parking.   A dirt road leads off to the left.    *
	315 is the last house on the left before the dirt road.  Make 
PARTY   that your first stop.  A trail of sound and/or lights may lead  PARTY
	to 115.  If so, follow it back out to the dirt road, then left
  *	and down the dirt driveway towards the left.  Hope you can come!  *
